Here is what I’m doing right now:
- ERF – Eating Real Food.
- Exercising (walking, Pilates, lifting, gymming)
- Trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
- Drinking 2+ cups of green tea per day.
- Counting my blessings and trying to be more optimistic!
What I’m trying to accomplish:
- Lose these last 15 pounds.
- Control my Lupus symptoms.
- Become more toned and have better endurance.
- Try to be as energetic and happy as I can!
