Happy (almost) December!!
Here are my goals for this upcoming month:
- Continue to eat Paleo 90 if not 100% of the month.
- Continue with my 1/2 Marathon training.
- Incorporate more weight training!
- Log my food EVERY day. Even days I am not eating Paleo.
- De-stress and relax more!
- Get in 1,000 exercise minutes.
- Aim for 8 hours sleep per night.
This sounds like a lot right now, but I want to make this month count! I am going to post a list of this in a few places around the house and one in my car, just to keep it in the forefront of my mind (because I definitely have issues with that sometimes). 🙂
And lastly, if you’d like to be brought fully into the Christmas season, watch THIS VIDEO. It always makes me smile.

8 hours of sleep(or generally much more sleep) is what I’m really aiming for this month. It’s always a struggle for me, so here’s hoping it’s a good one!
It can be the hardest to try and get sleep! It just seems like there are so many other things to do! Thanks for commenting!
What half marathon training are you following? Would you suggest something like that for a beginner?
Hi Taylor, I am following a half marathon plan I found on shape.com. You could start it as a beginner, but you might want to start a couch to 5k plan first. Coolrunnings.com has some really good ones you should check out.
