I didn’t end up with any appointments at work today, so it was a quiet day at home.
I woke up and made a super yummy breakfast.
Doesn’t look like much, but it hit the spot! Apple cinnamon oatmeal, a banana and coffee with pumpkin spice creamer.
Lunch was homemade tomato soup and a pretzel roll with a bit of butter.
Apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter as a snack.
This dinner looks totally plain, but it was sooo good! Heated up some leftover baked chicken, roasted some cauliflower and baked a sweet potato. Filling and healthy!
I find it much harder to stick to a plan when I have a lot of free time. I do better when my day is planned out!
I did my ChaLean Extreme workout for the day, and it was tough! I’m realizing just how out of shape I really am. Well, it’ll just feel that much better when I am in good shape.
