We are 25 weeks!! Each week has really been flying by. Whenever I think about it, I tell myself to really enjoy these times. These boys won’t be in my tummy forever. For how much I worry and fret about them staying safe and healthy, being born and out in the world is going to bring a whole new (and much larger) set of worries!
We have been discussing names much more the last couple weeks. It is so hard for me! I think A has no trouble falling in love with names, but I am having a much tougher time. I keep saying WE may wait until the boys are born to pick out names, but I think it is just ME being unsure and hesitant to pick something out before we meet them.
I had my glucose test and bloodwork done this week. My glucose test was in the normal range, and my bloodwork showed that my white blood cell count was the best it has been in over 7 years! I have struggled with autoimmune neutropenia in the past, and so this is just amazing to me! I am slightly anemic from being pregnant, but otherwise my bloodwork looks the best it has since before my Lupus diagnosis. A says he may just keep me pregnant if it keeps me healthy. 😉
In other news, our house is all torn up right now as we are having new flooring put in through the majority of the house. It is driving me crazy but I know it will be so worth it, especially once the boys are here. Of course I think we jinxed ourselves! We were still going to put new flooring in whether or not we moved… but we have been talking the last few weeks about going ahead and doing some improvements before the boys get here just in case we are still in this house. It looks like things are finally moving a bit with our (possible) new house. We could be hearing from the negotiator with the bank in the next few weeks as to whether they will accept our offer.

Keep your fingers crossed for us! This home would of course increase our mortgage but would just about double our square footage of living space. If we can get it for what we’d like to, it would be a SUPER deal, too. 🙂
How far along? 25 weeks
Size of Babies: Zucchinis, which is funny because A’s mom has been making us lots of zucchini bread lately and it has tasted so good!
Total weight gain/loss: Haven’t weighed lately, but will when I see my ob tomorrow. 🙂
Symptoms: Rib pain, big time. Some of it is the babies being higher in my abdomen, some is the weight of giganto pregnancy boobies. Still having indigestion, but it is still helped by eating smaller meals and taking some apple cider vinegar. Fatigue. Nose bleeds, still along with nasal congestion.<—— Still goin’ on! Though I have to say that getting a prenatal massage this past weekend really helped with my rib pain for a day.
Maternity clothes? 24/7. Some of my full paneled maternity jeans are getting too small in the panel area. WTH! I have WEEKS left of being pregnant! My belly is definitely growing. 🙂
Stretch marks? None yet.
Best moment this week: Feeling all this crazy movement! Makes me wonder how soon after these babies are born that they will be mobile. Some times it feels like they are trying to crawl out of my belly!
Miss Anything? A regular appetite.
Movement: Tons! Plus now I am REALLY feeling lots of turning and rolling. They feel like oversized worms in my tummy now.
Food cravings: All that was mentioned on my bump pic. 🙂
Anything making you queasy or sick: Meat. Had some Mexican food this weekend, which I have not been able to eat. I had such terrible indigestion and heartburn afterwards though, I think there is a reason it hasn’t sounded good to me.
Have you started to show yet: Yep, no waddle though (yet).
Labor Signs: Nada.
Belly Button in or out? Still hanging in there, surprisingly.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy, unless I’m super tired. Then I get super crabby.
Looking forward to: Our next ultrasound. Having all this house stuff done!!
