How far along? 22 weeks
Size of Babies: The size of spaghetti squashes!
Total weight gain/loss: Definitely starting to gain weight now, which is just fine by me. I still don’t feel like I am gaining much anywhere other than the belly, though.
Symptoms: Food aversions, still. Braxton Hicks. Indigestion. TONS of movement. Some swelling in my lower legs and feet. And add in some rib pain this week!
Maternity clothes? 24/7.
Stretch marks? None yet.
Best moment this week: Our two baby showers!!
Miss Anything? Sleep, dear sleep.
Movement: Oh boy do these two like to move around now! I feel like there is a tiny circus going on in my abdomen sometimes!
Food cravings: Oranges, water, and back to Cherry Limeades from Sonic. 🙂
Anything making you queasy or sick: Meat still, but it is getting a tad better.
Have you started to show yet: No denying it. Plus I walk differently now too!
Labor Signs: No real labor signs.
Belly Button in or out? In, but it is teeny tiny and I don’t think it has much longer.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Not moody, persay… but I have had a lot of anxiety about the babeees.
Looking forward to: Holding my babies.
Will update about our baby showers and more soon!!
Be sure to check out our other pregnancy updates:
You look so great! I feel like my weight gain has been all belly too…although my husband insists that I’m getting a little jLo booty. Great.
So what do Braxton Hicks feel like? I’m so confused!
Good to hear from you!
Braxton Hicks kind of feel like your abdomen just completely tightens up! They don’t really hurt, but they are uncomfortable. I get them mostly when I walk around a lot, especially at the grocery store for some reason. But also get them some when I clean house or bend over quite a bit. They are contractions, but should never be strong enough to actually start labor, just your body ‘practicing’!
Congratulations on your pregnancy, Erin! I just had my fourth and last baby a month ago and was catching up in SparkPeople when I saw your blog. I am super happy for you and wish you the best during the remainder of your pregnancy.
Thanks so much for stopping by Stacy!! I’ll be back on Sparkpeople again full-time once these babies are out!!
