My Plan to Thrive

Here is what I’m doing right now:

  • ERF – Eating Real Food.
  • Exercising (walking, Pilates, lifting, gymming)
  • Trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
  • Drinking 2+ cups of green tea per day.
  • Counting my blessings and trying to be more optimistic!

What I’m trying to accomplish:

  • Lose these last 15 pounds.
  • Control my Lupus symptoms.
  • Become more toned and have better endurance.
  • Try to be as energetic and happy as I can!
